Why am I receiving an "Old Browser" message when I have IE11?

Some members with a supported Internet Explorer browser (11 or newer) may still receive a message when going to that says their browser is too old, which prevents them from signing in or using the site.  The likely cause for this is found in the browser's Compatibility View Settings.  

To check, go to the Settings menu in the browser and select Compatibility View Settings.  If is listed as a website added to compatibility view, you will need to remove it in order for the site to work for you.  




Select the website from the list and click "Remove".  You may need to refresh the page or close out your browser window, open a new window and go to again for the changes to take effect.
