If you do not receive your password reset email after a few minutes of requesting, it's likely being blocked somewhere along the way. First, check your local SPAM folder. If you do not see an email from CBANC there, ask your IT support to check your network's filter. Adding email@example.com to your network's list of safe senders should alleviate this issue.
If after checking your local and network SPAM filters you still have not located the email, send us a message and we will check our email system to see if it's being rejected by your server or if another issue exists. With a little investigating, we will soon have you on your way to sign in to CBANC once again.
