I've joined, but I can't access documents and discussions. Why not?

Membership of our FI Professionals group is only open to employees at banks or credit unions in the US. To join, prospective members must provide an email address that matches them to a bank or credit union with a US routing number, with the member's name then appearing in connection with that financial institution on the network. If you've joined but not provided an email address that connects you to a particular bank or credit union, then you won't have full access. If you've joined and you don't have full access, but you DO work for a bank or credit union, contact support for assistance.
