I don’t see my purchase history in my account and/or some webinars are missing. How can I access my previously purchased webinars?

We are working on importing order histories into the new platform. Due to the amount of data that needs to be processed, it will take some time for all orders to appear in your profile. We appreciate your patience while we work to get your order history updated.If you would like to access the On Demand recording of a previous purchase that is not yet available in your account, please reach out to  with the following information:Webinar Access Request:
  1. First name, Last name, and email of the attendee(s) needing access
  2. Email associated with the initial purchase
  3. Name of the webinar(s) you are requesting access to
Note: To access your purchase history, log into with your CBANC username and password, click on your profile image in the upper-right corner, and select “My Profile” from the dropdown list. You will see a section on this page called “Registrations.” All purchases that have been transferred over will appear here.
